About Kayla Gottschalk
Kayla is an advocate within the built environment who champions user needs and believes the physical space truly enhances the experience. She has worked with some of the best in class companies leading space transformations, improving business operations and creating inspiring spaces. Her past experiences have taught her that organizations who invest in the day to day experiences of their employees and customers are those who retain the best talent, create the best products, and develop the most meaningful cultures.
